Hello Chamber Members!

May is here, and it is shaping up to be an exciting month at the Chamber!
We just wrapped up the Central PA Chainsaw Carvers Festival, and what a weekend it was with beautiful weather, a great turnout, and amazing artistry on display. Thank you to our Chamber members who sponsored, participated as vendors, and volunteered.

We have a full calendar ahead this May!
Join us for the Cinco de Mayo Regional Fiesta Mixer at Volvo, welcoming chamber members from across Cumberland and Franklin Counties.

May 15
Attend our Lunch and Learn at University Grille with the Shippensburg Borough Police and Police Foundation. They will even bring a special guest, a K9. It is free to attend; just purchase your own lunch.

May 22
We continue our new Wisdom Wednesday series. Each month, Chamber members share their expertise with fellow members on the fourth Wednesday. This month, we are excited to welcome Orrstown Bank for a session focused on Retirement Planning.

May 31
We will host Touch A Truck with Downtown Ship and Beyond. If you have a unique wheeled vehicle, like farm equipment or construction machinery, we would love for you to showcase it. It is a great way to promote your business and connect with the community. Bring the whole family downtown to explore vehicles up close in the Borough Lot beside the Police Station and the Shippensburg Firefighters
Activity Center lot. While you are downtown, visit our stores and grab lunch from one of our Chamber members, like Nonna Ilva, Art of Pie, Redemption BBQ, or Monterrey Tacos.

Looking ahead to June 10
We are proud to share that we have already welcomed 13 new members this year. Join us for our New Member Spotlight Mixer at Shoebox Supply House to meet new faces, grow your network, and celebrate our Chamber community.

Make sure to visit shippensburg.org for the latest job postings from our members and to stay up to date with the Shippensburg Community Calendar.

Thank you for being part of the Shippensburg Chamber family.
