			Branch Creek Children’s Park
Located between the Shippensburg Borough Office and the Senior Center, this renovated park features playground equipment, a gazebo, a walking path, and sand diggers— a favorite among kids of all ages.

Cumberland Valley Rail Trail
A 13-mile, ADA-accessible trail connecting Shippensburg to Newville. The trail begins at Shippensburg Station, which features the Cumberland Valley Railroad Museum and the Conrail Museum in refurbished boxcars. Amenities include restrooms, parking, and the Steam Plant Sculpture Path. Additional trailheads with parking are located at Shippensburg Township Park, Oakville, and Newville.

Dykeman Park & Trails
Around historic Dykeman Springs (56 acres) – Features a wetlands nature trail system, walking paths, picnic areas, a baseball field, and a springhouse listed on the National Register of Historic Place.

304 Britton Road – Sports fields, playground, splash pad (reservation only), dog park, Papa Jack’s 9-hole disc golf course, Burd Run Nature Trail, and access to the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail at milepost 1.
