Meet Our Community Coordinator
Carmen Davidson
Carmen Davidson is a relationship-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in client services, operations, and cross-functional collaboration across industries including financial services, biotech, and logistics. She brings a strong blend of empathy, organization, and strategic thinking to her work.
Known for her calm leadership and ability to connect with others, Carmen excels at creating welcoming environments and building processes that help people feel heard and supported. She is passionate about fostering belonging, amplifying community voices, and creating spaces where people can thrive.
Carmen and her husband of 37 years made Shippensburg their home three years ago. They have two daughters in Buffalo, NY and Roanoke, VA, and are excited to welcome their fourth grandchild this fall. She enjoys serving through her church, exploring the beautiful towns in PA, camping in Maryland, and spending time with family.
